You can book a free 15 minute phone or video consultation to briefly share what you are looking for and ask questions about counselling, EMDR, or virtual therapy. This is also a chance to get a sense of fit, with no obligation to continue.
Step 2: First few sessions
In the first one to three sessions, we focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, what your current experience is like, and what you would like to see change. Together, we identify priorities, discuss possible approaches, and review confidentiality, consent, and any limits so you can make informed decisions about your care.


Step 3: Ongoing work at your pace
