Therapy that makes room
for your whole story.
Your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, culture and history all have a place here. So do the things that have been difficult to say aloud.
Vimal approaches therapy with curiosity about what has happened in your life and the strengths that have helped you make it this far. Together, you can explore your experience with more compassion, clarity and choice.
His work has included people from many backgrounds, including First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities. He brings respect for the effects of colonialism and intergenerational trauma, alongside the strengths of individuals and communities.
You do not need a clear explanation for why you are seeking therapy. Feeling that something needs to change is a place to begin.

Curiosity, creativity
and a sense of purpose.
Outside therapy, Vimal makes room for basketball, gardening, painting, reading and writing poetry. His interests in neuroscience, psychology and philosophy sit alongside an ongoing curiosity about meaning and the human experience.
He is drawn to perspectives such as Viktor Frankl’s, which honour the search for purpose even in suffering. These interests shape the curiosity and care he brings to understanding each person’s story.
