Every person has a story.
Yours deserves to be heard.
The stories we carry can shape how we see ourselves, how we connect, and what we believe is possible.
Kristina sees therapy as shared work: understanding the experiences that have shaped you, making sense of what is happening now, and exploring what you want for the next part of your life.
Over 18 years of supporting clients internationally, she has worked with people from a wide range of cultures and belief systems, including Indigenous communities, couples from different cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ clients and internationally mobile families.
Her aim is to offer a steady, respectful space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move forward with intention.
For you.
For your relationships.
You may be coming together as a couple or family, or seeking support for yourself. There is room to begin with what feels most important to you.
Couples and connection
Support with communication, emotional distance and recurring patterns, with space to understand what each of you is experiencing and hoping for.
Family relationships
A space for family members to feel heard, explore different perspectives and work towards communication and understanding.
Trauma and its impact
Support for experiences of trauma, including generational trauma, with attention to your story, your strengths and your pace.
Anxiety and depression
Room to talk about worry, low mood and the ways they affect your daily life, relationships and sense of possibility.
Grief and loss
Care as you make sense of loss, the feelings it brings and the changes it can create in your life and relationships.
Self image and aging
Space to explore how you see yourself, navigate the changes that come with aging and reconnect with what matters to you.
Understanding your story.
Opening new possibilities.
